About UserRamp
UserRamp blends cross-functional insight with real startup experience. We’ve worked with emerging technologies in all phases of growth—from 10-person startups with informal onboarding motions, to growth stages organizations with dedicated implementation and professional services functions. We have experience with marketing, product, development, and sales, and know first-hand when ties between those groups break down. Having staff with experience as individual contributors, managers, and executives, we understand the goals and pressures across the business—and how onboarding must serve them all.
UserRamp operates out of Austin, Texas, a hub for SaaS and tech startups—many of them young companies in need of strong onboarding foundations. Day to day, Dan runs the business from his apartment and local coffee shops, keeping close to the pulse of the very ecosystem UserRamp is designed to help. Dan majored in Finance and Marketing from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell.
